I'll just say whoever cut my hair today....definitely was not on point the last person I had cut my hair I guess she was going through a divorce with her husband and she sure as heck Shine me up real good. But anyways I hope everything works out good for her I'll definitely let her cut my hair again just not the chick today with the Minnie mouse tattoo behind her 👂

You need to listen to your clients. Ask questions. Make sure that you are doing what they ask in the way of service. Pay attention. Your haircuts are not cheap and call for above and beyond service.
